Capua Law is excited to announce that Attorney Avi Koren has joined our firm. Avi comes to Capua Law from Yale Haymond Law, PLLC in Charlotte, NC where he managed a caseload of civil litigation and pre-litigation matters from start to finish, including business and construction disputes, employment matters, and personal injury cases.

Chambers and Partners released its USA 2026 Legal Guide on June 4, and Capua Law was ranked as a leading firm, Band 3, in Construction Law for two years in a row. Founding Partner Paul Capua and Partner Natalia Talbot were also individually ranked.

Capua Law sponsored the 2025 Oktoberfest Half Marathon & 5K in Asheville this past weekend on Saturday, September 27! One year ago this event was canceled due to Hurricane Helene impacting WNC the day before Oktoberfest. We are so proud to be a part of the resilience of this community to come back even stronger!

Capua Law Legal & Accounting Assistant, Katelyn Price, is a Color Guard Instructor with the Lake Norman High School Wildcat Marching Band. She recently assisted in helping choreograph their field show and teaching guard/dance technique to the students as the approach to a new season in now upon us!

Capua Law is participating as the Presenting Sponsor of the cycling race series, Gran Fondo National Series (GFNS), in Boone, NC, on August 3. The race starts and finishes just around the corner from our office.
