Capua Law Attends NCBA Construction Law Section Social

The Construction Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association hosted a social at The Horton Hotel in downtown Boone on May 8. The team at Capua Law was very excited to participate in this event and had a wonderful evening. A special thanks to the NCBA for coordinating!

About the Construction Law Section of the NCBA

The Construction Law Section is concerned with issues including public and private contracting, development, insurance and claims, mechanics’ liens and bonds, construction defects, and OSHA compliance and subcontracting. The Section also provides members with two CLEs a year in September and February, a blog, sponsors its own CLE programs and helps mold the NCBA’s legislative agenda for presentation to the General Assembly and construction law forms.
