Capua Law is searching for an attorney with a Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school, with preferred emphasis in corporate law, and 4+ years of experience. The candidate must be admitted to practice in North Carolina. Experience in estate administration and planning and real estate law preferred.

Capua Law is searching for a paralegal with at least 3 years of experience (5 years preferred) to join our team and assist attorneys with various legal and other litigation duties as well as assist our technology professionals by participating in the work required to support the firm's clients. This position provides the need for case management throughout all areas of law performed by the law firm.
