Capua Law is a full-service law firm in the areas in which it practices, meaning that it provides the full range of legal services in these areas, such as consulting services, contract negotiation and drafting, transactions, estate planning and administration, risk assessment and management, dispute resolution, litigation, trial, and appeals.

The firm was founded in 2009, with service as the primary core value, by Paul Capua, an AV-Preeminent® rated civil trial lawyer. His 30 years of practice have focused on US and international construction, business, and employment disputes in state and federal courts and international and domestic arbitrations. A former shareholder of the international litigation firm Astigarraga Davis Mullins & Grossman, P.A., Paul thrives on simplifying what is complex and delivering value and results.

Capua Law has since grown into a multi-state firm with offices in Asheville and Boone, North Carolina and in Miami, Florida. This strategic growth included adding attorneys, paralegals and administrative support staff at every level.

Andrea Capua joined Capua Law in 2024 as a Partner in the firm. A former Partner of di Santi Capua & Garrett, PLLC, Andrea brings 35 years of legal experience to Capua Law in the areas of business, local government, family law, real estate and related construction, and estate administration and planning. She also provides litigation support to the firm through her extensive knowledge of these practice areas. Andrea has always served in various leadership positions with the North Carolina State Bar and the North Carolina Bar Association. She began her career as an Associate for the prestigious firms Blackwell Walker, P.A. and Kubicki Draper, P.A. in Miami.
