Capua Law Firm has requested that the Court reschedule the hearing, on Receiver's motion to approve the sale, to a later date in order to allow time for depositors to obtain counsel and assert their rights; it also has filed objections to the proposed sale in order to preserve depositors' rights to sales proceeds and to avoid a conveyance of the project to Fuse 10, LLC that would cut off depositors from any recoupment of their deposits.
