Attorney Jonah Bamel Joins Capua Law

Capua Law is excited to announce that Attorney Jonah Bamel has joined our firm. He brings numerous years of experience to Capua Law having worked in the North Carolina Court of Appeals, first as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable John M. Tyson and most recently as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Valerie Zachary. During his time at the North Carolina Court of Appeals, Jonah drafted and edited more than 150 judicial opinions, researched and analyzed various case law and statutes in civil, criminal, and administrative law, fact- and cite-checked opinions of co-clerks and collaborated on revisions, and composed legal memoranda for internal use analyzing lower courts’ decisions and proposed appellate opinions.
Jonah earned his JD from Wake Forest University School of Law. While attending law school, he was Executive Online Editor of the Wake Forest Journal of Law & Policy and was a member of the Moot Court Board.
In his spare time, Jonah enjoys theatre, film, television, and music of all kinds, and most of all spending time with his wife Danielle and two daughters.
