JOHN STRESZOFF

John is originally from Cleveland, Ohio, but moved to St. Petersburg, Florida in grade school. An avid sports fan, John played basketball and hockey in high school, and it was this love for sports that prompted to him to pursue a Sport Management and Business Administration degree from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. While in college, John developed a strong interest in marketing, especially after participating in an internship with the Carolina Hurricanes in the team’s marketing department, and decided to pursue a career in this field upon graduating in 2000.

After relocating to North Carolina, John began his career as an Advertising Executive at the Durham Herald-Sun Newspaper. Two years later he accepted a position as the Director of Client Services with Sheer Associates, Inc., a local marketing firm.

In 2009, John starting working as a Marketing Contract Employee for several companies in the health care, real estate and construction industries. He assisted these companies with all aspects of their marketing including website design, development and content management; graphic design and print production; email blast/newsletter design, development and deployment; social media management; online advertising and search engine optimization; copywriting; and proofreading.

In 2021, John accepted a position as the Director of Marketing for Waldrep Wall Babcock & Bailey PLLC, a business law firm in Winston-Salem. During his time there, he successfully rebranded the firm, conceptualized a new graphic identity, established the marketing messaging, and designed and developed the firms’ new website.

John joined Capua Law in 2024 bringing those same skills to our firm. He expanded the brand and graphic identity of Capua and designed, developed and launched our firm’s current website in August of 2024. He directs the marketing and business development initiatives at Capua Law and manages our firm’s recruiting efforts.
