About Glenn

Glenn joined Capua Law in January of 2023 and focuses his practice with the firm on construction and business litigation. Originally from New Haven, Connecticut, Glenn’s relocation to North Carolina also heralded a shift in his legal focus. In his prior practice, Glenn primarily worked on criminal defense, civil rights, and police misconduct matters.

Glenn attended the University of Connecticut School of Law, graduating in 1997, and graduated summa cum laude with a BS from the University of Connecticut in 1993. He holds a Federal Bar License as well as Licenses in the states of North Carolina and Connecticut.

Over the course of his career, he has obtained approximately 100 jury verdicts, ranging from State Criminal, State Civil, and Federal Civil Rights, to Federal Employment Discrimination. Further, Glenn has briefed and argued over half a dozen cases before the Connecticut State Appellate and Supreme Courts. Some of the highlights in Attorney Conway’s career include a Federal Civil Rights Case Berg v. Sorbo (https://casetext.com/case/berg-v-sorbo-1) in which Conway and attorney Kevin Smith successfully brought a federal civil rights lawsuit alleging that their client was falsely arrested. The case received extensive press coverage in Connecticut. In 2014, Conway represented Tavares Mazyck in a federal civil rights lawsuit against a New Haven, CT police officer for malicious prosecution in which he won a jury trial and was awarded $160,000 (click here to read more). In 2023, Conway represented River Camp, LLC v. Jay Reid, Et Al. in a jury trial in which our client was awarded $806,000. The jury found the defendants liable for Fraud, Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices, and Breach of Contract. In addition to his success in the civil arena, Attorney Conway has dozens of “not guilty” verdicts in the criminal field, including clients accused of murder, narcotic sales, and assaults.
