SAM MAIER

Sam joins Capua Law Firm with extensive experience in litigation and commercial law. Before joining Capua Law Firm, Sam was with Hedrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo, LLP in Wilmington, NC, where he honed his skills in developing litigation strategies and trial preparation. His role involved managing sophisticated legal challenges while representing clients in both district and superior court.

Previously, Sam served as an attorney with the International Maritime Group in Seattle, WA. There, he focused on intricate commercial and trade matters, handling contentious litigation involving state, federal, and international agencies as well as domestic and foreign corporations. His experience encompassed both transactional and litigation aspects, reinforcing his ability to navigate complex commercial relationships and regulatory environments with a strategic approach.

Sam is a graduate of George Washington Law School (cum laude, with Honors) and a Thurgood Marshall Scholar. He is married with two young daughters. In his spare time, he loves being active outdoors with family – hiking, camping and playing sports.
